Have anyone here must do assignment for chemistry and does not know how to sketch a simple molecular structure? and having difficult to draw such a difficult apparatus? Don't worry and be happy! I have the solutions for all your problems.

Ok! let me introduce u a program that can help u with all this problems.

ACD/Chemsketch includes...

•'Structure mode' for drawing chemical structure and calculating their properties

•'Draw mode' for text and graphic processing

•Additional molecules that extend the ACD/Chemsketch possibilities

ACD/Chemsketch can create following objects...

•A diagram of energy reaction

•Various type of orbitals

•Vaccum distillation apparatus

•A two-chain DNA starnd

•draw lipids and micelles

     First of all, u must get and install Chemsketch program by clicking this link "ACD". This link can help u to get the installer of these program. Don't worry, its free.

DRAW THE MOLECULES

Firstly, open the chemsketch. Then, this will be appear on ur screen.

1. Then, single click on the screen. u see CH4 appear on your screen.
2. Position the pointer over the CH4 then drag to other side. By release the click, u will get the result of two carbon which CH3-CH3.
3. Then, position the pointer over any CH3 atom. then, drag to any side. By releasing the click, u will see a 2d structure of propane.

     In case u did not know the structure that u are sketching about. u can figure it out by clicking 'tool' in menu bar and choose 'generate'.Then, u can choose name of structure to gets its smile notation.

DRAW APPARATUS DIAGRAM

1. First, make sure u changes the mode to "DRAW".
2. Then, choose these icon which is "Open Template Window"

U can choose any type of apparatus here and u can join of each other to make the set up procedure.

Did u all realize when the are a symbol of </?KRIK?/> in the world of IT? ok, that is XML is about! XML is an acronym  name which stand for "Extensible Markup Language".

   XML is just a plain text. Its does not do any things. Software that can handle plain text also  can handle XML. BUT, there also have some advantages. The advantages is...

Introduction:

     The Protein Data Bank (PDB) is a repository for the 3-D structural data of large biological molecules, such as proteins and nucleic acids. (See also crystallographic database). The data, typically obtained by X-ray crystallography or NMR spectroscopy and submitted by biologistsand biochemists from around the world, are freely accessible on the Internet via the websites of its member organisations (PDBe, PDBj, and RCSB). The PDB is overseen by an organization called the Worldwide Protein Data Bank, wwPDB.

    The PDB is a key resource in areas of structural biology, such as structural genomics. Most major scientific journals, and some funding agencies, such as the NIH in the USA, now require scientists to submit their structure data to the PDB. Today,,i will teach u about "HOW TO BUILD YOUR OWN HTML"
before i continue further,,do u know what the meaning of HTML..krikk krikk krikk..

HTML is the coding language that makes web-pages. To see what it looks like, go into Internet Exploree and right-click to choose "View Source" . You will see apage of code, and that is HTML. That code is what your browser sees and then interprets it into as that web-page

THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF HTML

HERE ARE A SEVERAL STEPS:

1.

Go to Start,then "Programs" and then "Accessories"..click "Notepad

2.

Once u open the notepad...
Type <html>.it is the first tag that tells the computer u're starting the web-page..then,,a'ah...
at the bottom of ur notepad,dont forget to close it off by typing this :</html>..this is ends the web page..

It's important to remember that u'll be writing ur information between an opening HTML tag and closing HTML tag. An opening tag looks like above..<__>. A closing tag looks like </__>.Eventually,the ___ is replaced with a code as shown above.. :)

wait3!!!dont forget to write ur own title..<title>MY WEB-PAGE</title>

*A title is important because it gives your users an idea what the page is all about..also,when users bookmark your site, that title is all they will see in their bookmark list.(note that the "title" is going to show on the tab dont expect it to be the title of the     actual website  

Then,,type <body> to open the body tag. Then close the body tag by typing </body>. Then bulk of the information for your web-page goes between <body> and </body>
*To give your web-page a background color.you can add a style to the body. Instead of simply writing, write <body style="background -color:silver>..u also can try another color..

write some text between the body tags.,place <h1></h1>around the main header and place <p></p>around the pages text..
*To make the text go to the next line..write<br>




If u want to add some pictures , for example to put a picture from the internet..
type <img src="URL">

Lastly,check to make sure all your tags are closed  with this symbol <>
then,,save your work..

         Here,we will continue our journey as students of kulliyyah of sciences for 4 years insyaAllah .the first moment we step into this HUGE gate,we were impressed with the unique and beautiful mosque.WOW!the sight was amazing!wanna know why??this picture below will tell you...:)

                    After the registration session finished,we move on to see our "hotel".like any other U,we here call it as MAHALLAH. Try mention the word to other universiti's student..im sure they all will show blurr face..@.@..hehehe......sadly thing is,we have to stay at the mahallah outside the campus..huhu...
